Exercise Instructions:1. Regular 5-10 minutes of warm-up exercise before each time.
2. Complete 1-3 sets of exercise and repeat 5-10 times per set.
3. At least 30-60 seconds rest between each exercise set.
4. Exercise the same times of each area of the body (upper body, lower body, middle body) to avoid uneven muscle training.
5. If you can't do five repetitions, take longer breaks between each set of action, or refrain from using pilates if you repeat.
6. In order to achieve the perfect effect, each sport should be carried out at most 2-3 times per week.
