Seller messaged me that the colour I choose was out of stock and was I happy to have the black instead. So great communication. I was happy with either colour. I was more worried about it arriving in time as I was moving in amount 9 days. They messaged about the colour on the Monday and it arrived Thursday. 😍 100% amazing customer service. Plus the watch looks great and pretty great quality. Perfect for a paramedic student.

Ordered Dec 9th. Promised Dec 18th. Checked shipper on 18th and package never was received from seller! Asked eBay for a refund. Didn't get one. Instead, got this message from seller: "We sincerely apologize for the late reply and the delay in your order. Please know that we use a third-party warehouse to store and dispatch our goods..." ...and suddenly the package was shipped on 20th! Finally delivered Dec 24th. Clearly not professional nor reliable but the package did make it eventually.

This item finally arrived approximately 2 weeks late after delays due to flooding on the Nullabor Plain, which was not the fault of the seller. The item was as described and communication with the seller was acceptable once they became aware of the problem. A previous purchase of the same item was sent and received well within the estimated time frame, so can not criticize the seller for this late delivery. Although not happy with the transport company's efforts, I am happy with the seller.

Who's at fault here? Good question because it's "Not our fault" It's either Easycarts or AustPost. Item ordered 02/02/2025. Easycarts are in Victoria. Recipient in NSW. On 18/02/2025 package arrived in Perth Western Australia. So when will it arrive at destination? Who knows. $689.00 flying around the country.
