- This wireless charger does NOT support Super (Fast) charging. The charging speed varies from different devices. Quick / Slow charging (Power Output) is based on your mobile device capacity, which is NOTHING to do with our item quality issue. Please understand this feature BEFORE placing your order.
- Not all mobile phones are supporting wireless charging. Please check and make sure your mobile phone is compatible with wireless charging.
- We recommend to use wireless charger without a phone case, as insulator material will prevent the charger to launch power.
- Please DO NOT physically connect a cable with your mobile phone while using wireless charger. This will NOT speed up the charging and might potentially damage your device.
- We recommend not to use the mobile device while the wireless charger is being used. This will slow down the charging and may cause the mobile phone overheat.
